About His Education And Family
He completed his schooling at Gokuldhan High School, Mumbai, Maharastra. Then, he attended Mithibai College in Mumbai to become a Charted Accountant like his father. He also cleared the exam but he decided to follow his passion for acting. To focus on his acting career he ended his 4-year relationship with his girlfriend.
Career
Siddhant Chaturvedi starred in the web television show Life Sahi Hai in 2016. In the year, 2017 he acted as a teenage cricketer Prashant Kanaujia. The Amazon Prime Video web series Inside Edge, the series was inspired by the Indian Premier League. Siddhant and his co-star were considered the “two big acting discoveries” by Devarsi Ghosh. He was part of the second season of Inside edge as well.
Zoya Akhtar, the sister of Farhan Akhtar the producer of Inside Edge, spotted Siddhant at the success part of Inside Edge and asked him to audition for her next film Gully Boy. In the film starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh, Siddhant played the supporting role of street rapper MC Sher.
It turned out to be his breakout role. He received a lot of praise for his performance from people like Jay Weissberg and Rajeev Masand.
Siddhant Chaturvedi won the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor in addition to a nomination for Best Male Debut. Siddhant also starred in Bunty Aur Babli 2 a Yash Raj Film which is a sequel to the crime comedy Bunty Aur Babli. He got the lead role in the movie Gehraiyaan by Shakun Batra, co-starring Ananya Panday, and Deepika Padukone.
