Uorfi Javed’s Personal Life
Uorfi was born on 15 October 1997 in a traditionalistic Muslim family in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. She did her high school at City Montessori School, Lucknow. She graduated from Amity University, Lucknow. Uorfi opted for mass communication. She started dating her co-actor Paras Kalnawat in 2017 but the couple broke up in 2018.
In 2022, she changed her name’s spelling to Uorfi. Javed announced this on social media. Although enunciated the same. She said that the change in spelling was accomplished on the advice of a numerologist.
Urfi Javed belongs to an upper-class Muslim family. The information about her parents has been kept private. But we do know that she has an elder sister named “Ashfi Javed”.

Uorfi’s Career
In 2016, she seemed in Sony TV’s Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania as Avni Pant. After that for one year, she played Chhaya in Star Plus’s Chandra Nandini. Then, she acted as Aarti in Star Plus’s Meri Durga where she fell in love with her co-star Paras Khalnawat.
She also performed Bella Kapoor in Colors TV’s Bepannaah.
In 2020, she joined the team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Shivani Bhatia.
She contested in the first season of Bigg Boss OTT. Urfi Javed was largely admired, being a contender on “Big Boss OTT“. In the season she got expelled on Day 8.
She is more popular for her outstanding performance as Avni in “Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania“
Before beginning her career in acting, Uorfi had formerly functioned as a “fashion designer” in Delhi. Uorfi has never thought of acting, but she ultimately loved acting and it become a part of her journey.
Urfi foremost worked as an assistant director and had always adored singing and rapping.
She had also experienced numerous modeling occasions and has walked on many of the ramp walk expositions. Uorfi has also acted as Meera in a web series ‘Punch Beat‘ season 2.
